These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bgo33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the bgo33 website located at https://bgo33.net, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and any related digital content or communications.

2. Account Registration

3. Age Restriction

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a bgo33 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. 5.2 Eligible Games

Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

6. User Obligations

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

7. Account Closure & Suspension

bgo33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where such action is required for legal, regulatory, or risk management purposes.

7.1 Suspension Without Notice

In cases where bgo33 identifies or reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or any other serious breach of these Terms, bgo33 may suspend the account immediately and without prior notice. During a suspension period, access to the account, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, will be restricted pending the outcome of bgo33's investigation.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your bgo33 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used qualifying payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

bgo33 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that use of the bgo33 platform is at your own risk. bgo33 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of platform unavailability, including losses arising from the inability to place a bet or withdraw funds during a period of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

8.2 Third-Party Game Providers

While bgo33 uses reasonable efforts to partner with reputable, certified providers, bgo33 cannot accept liability for malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in third-party game software. These Terms are written and published in English. The English-language version is the sole authoritative version for interpretation and dispute resolution purposes. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
